Since 2003 we have provided customers with the information, products, and know-how they need in order to make the right decisions for their gardening needs. We strive to fill the gap for a quality indoor and outdoor gardening supplier while maintaining the best customer service possible. After opening up a second store located in South Glens Falls, New York we have been able to reach out to a wider audience and expand our clientele. Saratoga Organics is committed to providing our valued customers with superior gardening products and unparalled customer service. Helping our customers become better growers is our top priority.
Our belief in the expanision of greater environmental awareness motivates us to promote environmentally sound ways of growing. The growing concern of GM foods contributing to environmental hazards, human health risks, and economic struggle has driven home scale organic gardening practices to become the norm. By offering organic or "natural" choices for home gardens and lawn care we supply sustainable tools necessary for consumers to provide themselves with healthy alternatives. We also believe in the hydroponic cultivation of plants as it offers numerous benefits over growing in soil. Not only is it an easy way to grow a wide variety of healthy plants, but it also allows for faster growth, less use of pesticides, and fosters "neglect-resistant" plants. Because the nutrient solutions are constantly reused, hydroponic gardening also uses a considerable amount of less water than traditional soil gardening.
